Kids Class

Our Kids Mixed Martial Arts Fitness program is offered every Saturday, with classes for minis, juniors, and seniors starting at 9:45am, 10:45am, and 11:45am respectively.

Please note that no sparring will be offered, as our program is focused solely on fitness and exercise.
