MEET THE OWNER.
Hello there! I'm Imad Khaddaj, and I serve as both the founder and leader of Grounded Movement. Our coaching approach is truly one-of-a-kind and was specifically designed to assist individuals worldwide in attaining their fitness and health goals.
Throughout my own journey towards wellness and physical fitness, I've experienced ongoing personal growth and development. It was this unyielding passion that drove me to attain certification as a martial arts instructor, yoga instructor, and personal trainer.
My ultimate goal with Grounded Movement is to motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds to strive for greater physical and mental well-being.
While I cannot claim to be a master of the art of being human, nor will I ever be, one might describe me as a modest pupil still in the process of discovering what true happiness and wellness entail. Nonetheless, my dedication to this pursuit is unwavering and will endure throughout my life.
