The Method

Top-down and bottom-up, a complete approach to nervous system regulation.

Talk therapy works with the mind. Movement-based therapy works with the body. Imad works with the nervous system.

Together, they create what most wellness approaches don’t: a complete path. Not just insight, but integration. Not just awareness, but practical tools you can use the next day and the day after.

This is not surface-level wellness. It is a deep profound approach, built on over a decade of lived devotion, Yin Yoga, martial arts, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tibetan Buddhism, somatic study, Breathwork, and thousands of hours of practice and teaching. Clients don’t just feel better in the session. They leave equipped.

Working with the mind first

The top-down approach

Through mindfulness, meditation, and awareness practices, training the mind to understand its own nature, calm its reactivity, and build tools for regulation in daily life.

Working with what the body holds

The bottom-up approach

Through Yin Yoga, breathwork, somatic movement, and Reiki, releasing the tension, patterns, and stress that are stored physically and that talk alone can’t fully reach.

Top-Down & Bottom-Up Approach

One METHOD. Many entry points.

Whether you’re here to teach, to heal, or to finally exhale, the method is the thread. Everything else follows. There is a path here for you.

From in-person training in Ottawa to online programs, on-demand resources, and private sessions in a dedicated holistic space or online, choose the experience that meets you where you are.

Meet Imad Khaddaj

Imad didn’t stumble into this work. He built his life around it.

After leaving a stable career to fully commit to this path, he spent years immersed in martial arts training in Thailand, Ashtanga yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tibetan Buddhism, Reiki, and somatic movement. He became a certified personal trainer and breathwork facilitator, attended multiple meditation retreats, and has since taught over 1,000 classes.

What sets his work apart is the integration. His authority comes not from a list of credentials, but from the integrity, discipline, and depth with which he shows up every single day. This is not a career. It is a lifelong path.
